I have been with Newbury BS since 1991 and they have always looked after me when it comes to mortgages. I've seen Kate for the last few time & she is always professional and knowledgeable. I really like the personal touch and would recommend Newbury BS. Reviewed on: 21st January 2023

Highly professional advisor

We had an existing mortgage that had just ended its term. Kate was super helpful and steered us perfectly into our next term. Highly professional and understood our needs fully. If she could be considered for a bonus that would make my day. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Thoroughly recommend the Newbury

Customer focused, flexible and caring

From the start, the process has been smooth and simple. When I enquired about a change to a product coming up to the end of its time, NBS couldn't have been more helpful and flexible considering my needs and circumstances. Justine from the Wokingham branch went above and beyond to support me and make sure I was on the best deal possible. I felt fully cared for throughout the process and was never left to feel like I was just another customer. It was a personal transaction throughout. I can't recommend NBS enough. Re Mortgage

As always Katherine has looked after me and I cannot fault her at all. I always get full advice and feel the product I get has suited my requirements each time . As a Ltd co I am more than happy to take another 3 year term with NBS and Katherine. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Amazing - from start to completion

From the initial consultation through to completion, the staff at the Newbury Building society have been simply amazing. All of my questions and queries were quickly answered in plain and simple English and when the completion date was missed due to issues outside of my control, the Newbury quickly acted to extend my offer, allowing me to keep my existing deal. Years of help

During 50 years we had mortgages, repaid mortgages, took out new mortgages to help our children buy their first houses and more recently interest only loan to help in difficult times. At all times the Newbury has been there, with a solution and a smile. Today was no different.
