I wish every customer service department was like yours

Repaying my outstanding mortgage could not have been easier. Emails were answered quickly and I received a redemption statement in the post. i set up the payment on the day advised and everything was done without any fuss. Thank you - especially Adam Reviewed on: 29th May 2022

Mortgage Paid

I have just recently paid my mortgage off after nearly 30 years. I have always dealt with Clare Taylor - Area Manager with the Newbury Building Society. Claire has been such a great help over the years with helping to arrange a re mortgage to then providing us with settlement figures. Thank you so much Clare and the team. My son who is nearly 22 is now looking for a mortgage and he would definitely look to the Newbury Building Society first. Kind regards and thank you. Absolutely stress free

Re mortgaging was so easy to do

I contacted Rose and had a telephone review before she submitted our application to the underwriters at Newbury. This application was fur a re mortgage to borrow more for our house renovation. Rose was very friendly and efficient and we found h to e whole process easy to understand and when our approval came through very quickly we were very happy with the terms and rates offered .
