Best rate for new mortgage

We already had a mortgage with NBS, we had been happy with their service previously and were glad that when searching for a new mortgage, NBS came up with the best rate. We did not hesitate to go with NBS again. Professional and very helpful staff, they explained everything and always had time for my questions. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others. Speedy and efficient process well managed by polite and helpful staff. Excellent service.

We applied for an additional loan further to our current mortgage. It was arranged by telephone and email and the whole process from application to the finance being transferred took only 3 weeks. The staff to whom I spoke on the telephone calls were very polite and efficient and the paperwork was easy to complete and to understand. The whole experience was problem-free and I think that the staff at the Newbury Building Society should be congratulated on their operational excellence. Reviewed on: 13th November 2021

New Mortgage Application

We selected Newbury B.S. because the apply a flexible approach to lending. They were willing to accommodate our specific requirement of having a dual mortgage but a single ownership Reviewed on: 13th November 2021

Straight forward and easy application

We already had a mortgage with Newbury Building Society and we applied to transfer it to our new property. The transaction could not be simultaneous and there is likely to be a difference of four weeks. We have been charged An early redemption fee which is apparently not refundable. Why couldn’t’ the existing mortgage just be continued if the monthly interest was paid.? Reviewed on: 13th November 2021

Fast, efficient and a great deal!

Even though we are an existing customer, we were really pleased with the mortgage advisor and the products recommended. Communication was excellent at every stage and the turnaround time was quite fast overall. We are very happy with the whole experience and can highly recommend the NBS. Excellent customer service, very helpful and efficient.

Got a a phone call and email to say we needed to change our Mortgage Product and it will save us money too which was nice to hear. All sorted fast and efficiently, everything explained thoroughly.
