Specialist mortgage

I required a non-standard mortgage to support my single mother daughter. You had this as an option and the whole process was simple to apply for and to get agreement. I'm too new to give an authorative review

I came in to open an ISA account, depositing £20,000. It wasn't an impressive start to be told that your internet system was down, but I proceeded anyway. The opening of a new customer account was simple and various options explained in a language I understood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Apart from that, I can't say anymore. Straightforward, no nonsense bank

We got our mortgage through Newbury which was fixed for three years and ended in May of this year. They contacted us about a mortgage review, scheduled a meeting and gave us a better rate than we were on before. We didn't look around, but honestly even if there are better rates out there, the customer service you receive from Newbury is unmatched so that's a bonus in itself. Excellent service

I have had a number of mortgages in the past but have remained with Newbury for nearly 20 years. Why? Because they have excellent staff and provide excellent service. I recently applied for an advance on my current mortgage and Newbury arranged it quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed during the whole process.
