Excellent rates and very customer focused

Newbury Building Society processed our mortgage application in days, offers marketing leading rates and responds to our queries and requests generally within 24 hours. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Very pleased!

Newbury is the only company that hasn't given us any trouble throughout the buying process! We had issues with the housing association and the solicitor, but not from Newbury! Very pleasant to deal with throughout, and a great mortgage deal. The only minor issue was a problem receiving our initial documents, but I think that was an email-problem somewhere along the line. New Mortgage Application

A big thank you to Newbury Building Society for providing me with my new mortgage. My application and requirement was a little different from the standard norm and it was most welcome that Newbury had a product and process that was tailored to my individual requirement.
