Remortgaging made painless

My son and I have a sole ownership joint mortgage deal with NBS and we have just sorted out the 1st remortgage term after the initial 3 years. They made this a painless procedure! It was so nice to speak to a person rather than deal with some robotic website. The appointment was easy to arrange and we were well informed of the information we needed to have to hand. As such we have now agreed a further 3 year arrangement and look forward to dealing with NBS for the remainder of the mortgage term. Reviewed on: 4th June 2021

First Mortgage

Specialist mortgage

I required a non-standard mortgage to support my single mother daughter. You had this as an option and the whole process was simple to apply for and to get agreement. I'm too new to give an authorative review

I came in to open an ISA account, depositing £20,000. It wasn't an impressive start to be told that your internet system was down, but I proceeded anyway. The opening of a new customer account was simple and various options explained in a language I understood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Apart from that, I can't say anymore.
