Exemplary support and service over several decades

I have benefited from having accounts with Newbury Building society for several decades, both as a personal customer and for business purposes. Throughout that time they have stood out for their friendliness matched by their professionalism and competitive performance. They really want to help you and little touches make cumulatively the high standards they achieve, an example being the provision of chairs for customer use which can make a big difference when dealing with more complex transactions. A pride in how they contribute to the local community is entirely justified and staff at all levels help to make that happen. I am delighted to pay tribute to an exceptional operation. Nothing but helpful and great

We went with Newbury for our first mortgage and was really worrying when it came round to our deal came to a end but Newbury were nothing but great. Explained everything so clearly, answered all our questions and reassured us and couldn't do anymore then they already did for us! Small but mighty

As I used a help to buy scheme, the turn around to get my house had to be quick for valuation reasons. Newbury building society were experienced in this, could offer me the appropriate mortgage that a lot of places wouldn’t for a part ownership and turned it around very quickly with little hassle on my part.
