Review of the Newbury Building Society, Savings:

Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Financial reassurance.

I initially phoned to sort out an issue with my online account and after a very friendly and informative conversation, it was decided that I should visit the branch and review my accounts. I visited the branch and although I tend to manage my transactions online it is local and convenient for me to use. The review went very well and again was conducted in a very friendly and competent manner, the information provided was very informative and the suggestions were relevant for my needs, I managed to make decisions on the advice offered which I’m very happy with. Vess who conducted the review was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on offer and I’m looking forward to continuing my membership in the future, they are open seven days a week which helps if you need to visit, so I’m very happy with the experience.
