Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

TOP MARKS FOR USER FRIENDLINESS

In the process of setting up an ISA for the first time found every stage of the procedure found it to be very slick, easy to follow from step to step, and never had the slightest problem at any stage. I have no experience of other Building Society's systems, but as far I am concerned the Newbury Building Society's systems (at least for an 84 year old) are as good as it gets. All of the staff are engaging and helpful. I have received a lot of really good information about the products on offer yet never felt pushed into making a decision or getting a product.
