Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Good experience

Easy and relaxed

Wasn’t sure which savings plan to go for but I was soon advised and assured. Everything was explained clearly to me and I wasn’t rushed into making a decision. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Good service

We visited to juggle our savings for better interest rate. The counter staff were very helpful and did what we wanted with minimum fuss. The interest rates could be improved slightly and are not the best. The process was also delayed by computer problems but, overall, was very good. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Very efficient and helpful
