Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Excellent experience, Tracey did all she could to make sure I was able to open accounts senior saver and welcome which were very shortly to be withdrawn. She even kindly phoned me and made it very easy on my visit today. Reviewed on: 30th April 2023
