Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

New Accounts

Friendly, informative, efficient

My husband made the appointment, but I decided last minute to open the same account, so I tagged along hoping to be sent at the same time, this was no trouble to the lady , she was very efficient being able to answer our questions as it is our first time to be a member of the society. Opening a savings account

We decided to open an account because of the good rate of interest and it couldn't have been easier. We were taken through the procedure by Ken at our local branch and it was all set up in half an hour - no fuss or bother. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newbury Building Society.
