Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Helpful staff and great interest rates

We were able to go into a branch and discuss our savings face to face and were told about a savings product which was available to us with a much better rate of interest. Reviewed on: 11th February 2023

The best financial service I have ever received

Every time I visit the Winchester branch of Newbury building society, I always come away with a feeling that the values of the company are far above any other competitor. They take the time to discuss my options and help me proactively manage my savings. I have even received congratulations cards when I started a finance role myself. Wonderful customer service

Having recently opened a new savings account, I am very impressed by the level of customer service. Gemma has been so quick to reply to my queries and has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond what I would expect her to do.
