Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

We have always found the Newbury Building Society exceptionally easy to do business with. Competetive Rates

I received an e-mail informing me of a newly available account and advising me to review the website and see if this account met my objectives. I did my review of the offering and found it met my needs. I opened the account on-line and transferred the relevant funds into the account on-line. This was all done within a very short time and completed successfully, although I would have preferred to do this in branch. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
