Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Great rates for loyal customers

We have a Senior monthly ISA each which gives us a regular income at a good rate and also an existing members savings account which pays a great rate! The staff in our branch are always helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Excellent and friendly service

Simply The Best

I save online. The process is easy to work, and I believe that the security aspect is as good as it can be,. The communication from the Newbury Building Society is top class and I do not feel that I've left in the dark about anything. Good products and very good customer service

I’m new to the area and to Newbury Building Society. I initially opened an account because I like to support local businesses but I have been so impressed with Newbury that I have opened further accounts. Their products are competitive and their excellent customer service is second to none. Lovely, helpful people who not only understand all their accounts but also how their system works. Professional yet personal

It is always a pleasant experience to deal the staff in my local office in Thatcham. They are helfpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Furthermore, as a saver, Newbury Building Society offers some of the best interest rates around and it is good to know that I am helping local people to buy their own house.
