Opening a savings account

I am elderly with eyesight problems and unable to get into the building society. Everybody has been extremely helpful in order that I could open an account online, with help from my daughter. Reviewed on: 6th July 2021

Good customer service

The opening process was easy and the instructions sent were easy to follow. I also contacted Newbury regarding a mistake regarding my husbands nationality on the system and they reacted really well and promptly and rectified it by the following day Very pleased with the communication, very polite and informative.
