Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Helpful friendly staff

We called in to open a new savings account and both members of staff were very friendly. We were offered a couple of options to suit our requirements. The advisor was very knowledgeable, we were very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 19th November 2021

Visit to Winchester branch.

Easy access to branch despite Covid, not true of many banks. Easily set up two accounts with very helpful assistant. Reviewed on: 18th November 2021

Professional and Friendly

Starting with the phone call I made, I was given all the details about the savings accounts in a clear fashion. My visit to the branch enabled me to open the three accounts I wanted, which all carried very competitive rates of interest.
