Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Opening of new existing members account

Having being a member for 13 months I was eligible to open a new existing members account. I did this online and despite being a pensioner, I found the whole experience to be very easy to do, the process was very professional, thorough and simple to follow and it was was completed with in few minutes.
