I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

I had an appointment with Dawn in the Andover Branch. Very kind and very helpful when I asked questions. I left with a folder of relevant information and I was promised I’d get my book in the post the following day, and I did. Couldn’t be more pleased. Reviewed on: 4th October 2019

Amazing speedy service

Really lovely member of staff helped me choose the best account for me. Listened to my needs and suggested best account. Little wait to be seen, which meant we sat down after appointment time. However staff member I saw did apologise for this and explained they were a little short staffed due illness. Reviewed on: 20th September 2019
