Efficient, human at end of phone, very good products

At any time one phones, there is always a helpful knowledgeable friendly voice at the end. Nothing is too much trouble. Accounts available are variable to suit one's needs. Thank goodness I live within their area! Reviewed on: 21st January 2018

Fantastic branch and online service

Wonderful welcome from Rob in our local branch, taking great care and interest to ensure we opened the most appropriate account. A follow up phone call was welcome and well timed. Online performance was excellent too, giving me easy but secure access very soon after opening the account. Oh....and a very competitive rate of interest paid too! Reviewed on: 18th January 2018
