Great Building Society

This is the 2nd savings account I have opened with the Newbury, and as always I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. The whole process was efficient, simple and straightforward, the society makes its members feel valued and I wish I’d discovered the Newbury Building Society years ago. Opened a new account

How times have changed when getting 1.75% interest on £2k a year seems a good deal! Opened an existing member account as recommended by the cashier. She said it would take 7 minutes & it probably did. Not a painful experience at all. Reviewed on: 26th August 2019

Easy to work with

Relaxed, friendly but professional

Just the sort of experience you would wish for from a financial institution - warm and relaxed but professional and efficient. Why can't the High St banks do customer service like this? Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019

my local Newbury Building Society

I have needed to visit my local NBS on several occasions recently. Not once have I needed to que, each time the cashier has been very helpful and very welcoming. I could never find fault, so I hope people will read this and follow my lead and make the Newbury Building Society the best in the world. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
