Easy to use

Easy to use and setup a direct debit for. Notifications for payments are well in advance and in the odd occasion I've needed to use buyer protection PayPal has always had me covered. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

14 years with PayPal

I have been with PayPal for 14 years and in that time, I've only had issues twice. On both occasions, PayPal fixed these issues for me in a matter of minutes. The first time I had an issue, someone was buying stuff on my eBay and PayPal were able to step in and put a stop to it. The second time, I was receiving scam calls from someone pretending to be PayPal and I contacted PayPal about it who took note of the number and went through my account and assured me that everything is fine.
