Recommend, fair and helpful staff

PayPal make it easy to use their service and make it very accessible through their availability on websites/ retailers as well as cab apps (bolt/ Freenow etc) so when I’m in a bother, it’s easy to get out of it. Safe, Secure, Swift Resolution Post plPurchase Problems

The most important thing about PayPal ides their excellent after-purchase protection. Paid the wrong amount; items bought, using PayPal, that aren't as advertised or not up to standard; someone taken double payments, or an unauthorised one.; money paid but no goods received? You can't beat using PayPal for a guaranteed, super fast resolution to any of these problems. On top of that, PayPal is simple and easy to use, I like the phone verification, because it means that nobody else can buy goods in your name. Using a debit or credit card online is dangerous, as a payee can steal your card details to buy goods. That happened to me, on eBay. PayPal is the only safe way to pay, and provide excellent support, should you require it. I can't rate it highly enough, abd I DO recommend it to everyone who may use it. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
