PayPal credit is a seamless service from start to finish. It gives you a simple breakdown of the plans to choose from and term details which makes choosing an easier task. The payments are easy to track through the app and can make additional payments when needed without any issues. Overall really satisfied with my experience and look forward to using again. I've been using PayPal for online shopping

I've been using PayPal for online shopping for a while now and it's genuinely one of the smoothest payment experiences out there. Checking out on sites that support PayPal is fast, and I always feel confident my payment details are protected. I did run into a minor account issue at one point, which I was a little worried about, but customer support sorted it out without too much hassle. That kind of follow-through makes a difference — it's easy to rate a platform highly when everything works, but the real test is what happens when something goes wrong. PayPal credit and their pay later options are top tier

PayPal credit has enabled me to purchase many things when cash flow has been tough and the various pay later options from the 4 months interest free as well as the various stores that offer 24, 36 & 48 months interest free payments are top tier with the normal PayPal support and guarantee if something goes wrong, recommended! Paypal Credit - Best in the business!

Paypal is very simple to use, especially now with their virtual card. They are one of the best credit retailers around and I recommend everyone use them if they are looking for similar lines of credit. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

No Paypal customer services for UK customers

I was actually defrauded by a company that was offering to sharpen images for a about 50p. They then took £53 deom my Paypal account and tried to sign me up for a fortnightly payment. When I tried to get the payment blocked, Paypal ruled in the company's favour in about 30 seconds of my complaint and there was nobody to talk to and no way to appeal.
