I was having problems getting my money back for a pair of trainers not delivered from Sports Direct so I contacted PayPal and the money was refunded the payment was refunded the following day. That's excellent service for you. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I find PayPal extremely easy to use and reliable. It gives me peace of mind when purchasing items and is easy to repay on the app. I have never had to use their customer service but I think this is because of how easy it is to find answers on the app. I would highly recommend and use it monthly.
