I have provided all the necessary information to PayPal about a ticket that was cancelled by the seller and PayPal nearly 20 days later is not giving me any reason why I'm not refunded and the rest of the 2 payments from my PayPal Pay in 3 instalments are not cancelled. Customer support was absolutely unprofessional, deceitful and were trying to say that it is my fault. Absolutely ridiculous. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
