Simple to use, fast and easy! When I had to complain about a rogue trader, I was fully supported and got my money back straight away. I simply logged into my PayPal account, confirmed the payment, and within moments, I received a notification confirming the transaction. The instant email receipt provided me with peace of mind, knowing that my purchase was secure and documented. Additionally, I felt reassured by PayPal's buyer protection policy. Knowing that I could escalate a dispute if necessary added an extra layer of safety to my online shopping experience, which is often a concern when buying from unfamiliar vendors. Resolved What Seemed Impossible

I contacted PayPal Credit customer service regarding an issue with a non-responsive retailer that I thought would be impossible to resolve. To my surprise, the team was responsive, understanding, and provided a clear and effective solution. They took ownership of the situation and helped bring the matter to a close when the retailer had completely disengaged. It gave me real confidence in using PayPal Credit going forward.
