Never needed customer service :-)...

Never needed customer service which is why I put neutral. Very good payment plan options. One point is I was not sure how to access a bill for my credit payment when I first used it. That was stressful but all way okay once the first payment went through. It would be good to have an email immediately to let a person know how the payment schedule works. Easy to use App, great customer service

I find the app really easy to use, they provide interest free credit as long as it's paid off within 4 months, this means I can buy items and pay them up without paying any extra and when I have phoned them it has been really straightforward and they have understood the query and dealt with it swiftly. The advisors are English/ Irish with no communication barrier, I find this eases the phone call and prevents any frustrations. I have no hesitation contacting PayPal. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
