PayPal makes it easy to make online purchases. Really like the pay in 3 option. I have only had to open a dispute with a seller once and PayPal made this very easy and straight forward. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

I've never had a problem with PayPal and my confidence in any purchase is always greatly boosted when I see that PayPal is accepted by the vendor. On the few occasions where a problem has occurred with a purchase PayPal have always sorted it very swiftly with hardly any further involvement from myself. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

No matter how much I tried they failed me

I was paying voluntarily more than the min amount every month. My card linked to the payment expired and a payment (the scheduled one which is on top of the voluntary one) didn't go through. After going to my account there was no such msg and I could see any warnings or where to go to fix it (I'm a software engineer of over 20 years so if I can't figure it out then there is something wrong). I tried to open a case with them and after my 1st msg they said they need 24h to find an agent to handle me. I get a msg from the next day and they said the msg expires in 24h! I was ill in bed!
