Very poor Customer Service

When there is a dispute, in my case I received defective products, Paypal has not lived up to its promise of guarantee, I've lost confidence in their service. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026

Long processing payments.

It takes longer than expected for payments on to my account so I find it difficult to confirm my payment has gone through. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026

Would not choose anyone else!

PayPal are excellent - love how they offered £20 credit to sign up, 4 months at 0%, as well as many other options to split payments. I find their customer service always friendly and helpful too.
