Don’t trust PayPal customer service

I got sold out of date symprove and the PayPal help centre was completely useless. And on the sellers side although I had proof of the website miss selling the product and having a totally random contact number for customer service, this was some poor girl’s number who had been called previously by other disgruntled customers. I gave this information to the girl at PayPal from a foreign land and she completely dismissed my concern whilst reading a script from her screen. I had to pay over £100 for a product that should have lasted 9 weeks but I had to consume it in 2…. The short dated purchase was never explained on the listing! Of which I also have proof of, from a screen shot.. Paypal are no longer on the buyers side.CRIMINAL…… Reviewed on: 17th June 2026
