I am a pensioner and PayPal works for me.

I am a pensioner and I have been with PayPal for many years. At first I must admit I found it a bit confusing but when I contacted the help desk the staff were very friendly and helped me through it. I have never had an issue in using PayPal, ease of use and customer service is exceptional. I find the customer guarantees an excellent safeguard and on the occasion when a purchase has gone awry, the process to dispute or claim your money back is easy to follow with regular communication throughout.
