PayPal only protects Merchants not Consumers

Twice since I opened my PayPal account I have had unjustifiable cases ruled in favour of merchants with opaque processes and it took the benevolence of merchants to refund my money. PayPal doesn't protect consumers Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
