PayPal Credit is easy to manage and use!

Managing PayPal Credit is easy to do on the app and there is little to criticise about. It is a robust, secure process to use and seamless for the seller - the only comment is that making a payment to it can take a few days and can cause a bit of confusion. Reviewed on: 10th May 2026

Always accessible and fast service

Frustrating and stressful

The site is becoming increasingly hard to navigate. Direct debits do not seem to wok properly like other places. The money does not leave your bank on the day it is agreed but several days later. The The PayPal assistant doesn't assist and when you get past that and text a human, they are abrupt and say they'll pass it on to someone who can help before ending the chat and you hear no more. Help on the phone is better once you get past the automated bit. The automated bit feels impatient but the humans on the phone are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately for them, the only get to speak to you once you've already become stressed and angry by the online specimens! Anyway, problem solve but will probably make more use of my Google pay from here on in. Time to move away from PayPal! Reviewed on: 10th May 2026
