Hard to make some payments despite having credit.

Most payments are easy with no trouble but I ordered a new phone and had to pay off my old phone that had broken. I tried to use PayPal credit card and despite trying several times my payment would not go through. I did phone for help but they said it wasn't there problem but the company I was buying from. When the payment was declined it did say on my PayPal account that they had cancelled the payment due to fraud even after I had clicked on it was me. This happened several times over 3 days, I gave up and used a different card. Not helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
