I find the PayPal credit service a little confusing...

I find the PayPal credit service sometimes confusing, and I can’t easily find questions to answers I have about it. They should be more transparent about the interest it charges, it’s low, but you have to go into your statements to view it. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Paypal credit has always been my go to for credit, it is reasonable and very convenient. A lot of retailers accept it and using the app and making payments has been great. Customer Service for paypal overall can be difficult and even when you'd paid and not received something I've had them rule against me because I've recieved something, just not what I ordered. not bad but could be improved

Not to bad they don’t torture you like every other company and the interest isn’t that bad. If I ever need credit always use pay pal credit it’s handy as a lot of companies let you use pay pal. It keeps you ticking over until pay day. Only thing that’s bad is when they don’t send me a message to say it needs paid I only receive a message when it’s overdue but apart from that not to bad.
