I could give excellent on every level but there’s one thing I felt disappointing is I’ve tried to book flights twice with PayPal pay in 3 the payment was taken by PayPal and showed approved but on booking page it was saying awaiting payment then it was timed out after limited period and got cancelled twice then I tried to contact PayPal about my payment to get refund there’s only option to call PayPal not messaging or emailing services it says I can’t report anything for pending payment well then I called PayPal and waited for more than fifteen to twenty minutes on first call and got answered on second call it didn’t late that much thank you Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

I've had a few issues over the years with scam traders.

I've had a few issues over the years with scam traders. Paypal have sorted and fully refunded me in all cases. It gives me real re-assurance when making online purchases, as I feel protected against rogue companies or scammers. The Pay later or Pay in instalments is also really useful at times. Overall, I'm very happy with the PayPal experience and would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Interest free repayment and an electronic credit card

In an era when banks are making money and we all ignore interest and bank charges, PayPal are doing things a bit different. It may only be small amounts and you do need to keep on top of it but it's just a more cost effective way of paying for larger purchases and emergencies. I had to buy tyres the other day and my electric PayPal credit card came out and with four months interest free repayment options, it was the most efficient way of paying. The same credit card, and cost with a high street bank would have cost me more so can't recommend PayPal enough. Take back from the banks! Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
