I think PayPal is a good service.

I think PayPal is a good service. However, customer service should really be there 24/7 for emergency. My partner recently had her account hacked and we had to wait until the next days to speak to someone. This was very stressful. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Simple, reliable and easy to manage

I’ve used PayPal Credit a good few times and the whole process has been straightforward. It’s easy to select at checkout, the terms are clearly shown, and repayments are simple to manage in the app. The promotional offers are useful for spreading the cost, and everything updates quickly after payments are made. Overall it’s been reliable with no issues so far. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and makes larger purchases easier to handle. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Impossible to speak to some one on customer services.

Impossible to speak to some one on customer services. Offered me an incentive to get credit but it never arrived. No way of complaint other than chat bot. That provides pre scripted answers. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
