Frustrating Experience with Payment Processing

I have been experiencing a series of unsuccessful payment attempts, which are negatively affecting my credit score, despite having updated my bank details. I was forced to cancel my previous card because I was concerned that someone might be using my card information for unauthorized transactions. Unfortunately, the ongoing issues with PayPal have made this situation extremely frustrating. In an effort to ensure payments could be processed promptly, I even transferred funds into my PayPal wallet. However, the system continues to take an unreasonably long time to update and process payments. This prolonged delay and lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. It is disappointing that such a basic payment issue has been so difficult to resolve. I would appreciate an urgent review of my account and a prompt solution to prevent any further impact on my credit record. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
