PayPal gives me the confidence to shop online

I'm a long time user of PayPal and have been using their PayPal Credit option for many years. I often use it for larger purchases, especially when I believe I require some additional security as I might be a new customer with a store online. Recently, I had a troublesome PayPal Credit transaction due to some goods being delivered faulty and missing parts. I contacts PayPal via their telephone customer service and the level of service I received from two me of the team was exceptional - beyond just the general good customer service expectation. So much so, I asked to speak to a manager so I could personally make him aware of the great service. I was very impressed! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
