Not helpful sometimes

Last year Paypal did not take £5 from my account and marked my credit score for missed payment.Despite me contacting them to sort it prior to payment due they still used my old expired card therefore bank not releasing payment. I contacted them on the day to tell them it was wrong and paid it but interested at all in sorting the issue refusing to sort it out. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

I wouldn’t use any other company!
