Smooth all the way

Very user friendly tech which keeps me informed. I find the ‘promotions’ section a super helpful map for managing payments & I refer to this regularly. I also like the way PayPal credit makes suggestions. Everything in the app is laid out clearly which maximises smooth navigation. I recently had to speak to a customer service human. To my surprise, I was connected to an actual human immediately. My query was sorted quickly & with a friendly manner. Not having automated triage was a welcome relief & hugely appreciated. Pay pal credit was very easy to set up and us and the direct debit payment makes it easier to keep traco of payments the interest rate is low and if you pay back with in the 4 months You won't pay interest Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
