I had any issues with auto payment refusal/cancellat...

I had any issues with auto payment refusal/cancellation. I called the customer service and zit was resolved and I was told that the last fee wasn't my fault. I was refunded the £12 penalty fee I paid earlier. They are the best Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Great for short-term purchases if used wisely

I’ve been using PayPal Credit recently and my experience has been very smooth so far. The setup was quick and easy, and everything is clearly visible inside the PayPal app, which makes it simple to track spending and payments. One of the best features is the 0% interest offer for purchases over £99. It’s very useful for short-term flexibility, especially if you plan your repayments properly and clear the balance within the offer period. I also like that you can make payments anytime, not just on the due date. Customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever needed, and the statements are easy to understand. However, I would say it’s important to be careful. The standard interest rate is quite high if you don’t pay off your balance in full, and missing payments can lead to fees.
