Most if the time its first class.

Most if the time its first class. I've had a few dodgy buys and it has been 50 /50 on PayPal backing me and backing the buyer. I wasn't happy at the time but PayPal supported what looked right . This area needs improving but scanners are one step ahead . Reviewed on: 15th June 2026
