PayPal have been great for years & keep getting better

I have been with PayPal for many years now. And its customer service and support is second to none. My money feels safe and secure, especially for online purchases. I love that there are multiple ways to pay . And that if anything I purchase is covered by the PayPal guarantee. I case there is a fault in the purchased item. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Repeated captur requests are a nightmare

It's been mixed. I hate the constant captur requests, I just want to use my money freely.i hate that I couldn't pay for a hotel in Italy as I could t move the money over to a payment card.o hate the limited functions but I'm happy I finally have a PayPal card. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
