Customer service is second to none

I've been a customer of PayPal for many years now and have never had a problem. They have always been there to help and have never failed to sort a situation. They are approachable everytime and promptly get hold of you if needed. They problems are dealth with accurately and efficiently so nocking back and forth. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

For the moments you can't quite spread to it.

PayPal credit is a life line when you haven't got the money needed at that moment in time. I Can rest easy knowing there's no stupidity high interest rates or no interest rates at all if payment is made in full within 3 months, its the smartest way to borrow. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
