I’ve been using PayPal Credit for some time and have found it to be a convenient way to manage purchases. The flexibility to spread payments over time has been very useful, especially for larger transactions. The account is easy to access through PayPal, statements are clear, and making payments is straightforward. Overall, it’s a reliable credit option that integrates seamlessly with my online shopping. The whole experience with PayPal from years ago to now has just made my life so much easier. Of recent I booked a Travel Lodge with the option to take out credit and save £20 which was really nice. The app is easy to use and if I did get into any misunderstanding or difficulties then a phone call away is all it takes. I'm genuinely over the moon with PayPal and it feels really good using the service. This time with using PayPal to book my weekend away was a special one as I was celebrating being cancer free after a major stomach surgery removing transverse colon cancer- and was celebrating with family and friends- I would recommend PayPal out of any other credit offers- A1 perfect service. So many reasons why PayPal is my go to. I now have a credit card with PayPal too. Customer service are 2nd to non. I seriously can't complement this company enough. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026

I think I’ve used PayPal since they began, an I must say that when ive had issues with sellers or payment issues over the years they have always been available when I’ve called an they have explained everything great knowledgeable detail if I’ve not been sure of something , an PayPal have always gone above an beyond to help me get the repose or outcome I’ve needed,so I will always favour PayPal above any other merchant out there , Reviewed on: 14th June 2026

I have had all positive experiences when using PayPal credit and lovely to know I’m also protected when spending. When one item didn’t arrive it was dealt with immediately, which cant be said with all companies. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
