Vanished package

I once had a package vanish into thin air — the seller swore it was delivered, but my doorstep definitely disagreed. I felt that familiar mix of annoyance and “oh great, now what.” So I opened a case with PayPal, expecting a long, messy process. Instead, it felt surprisingly… calm. They asked clear questions, kept me updated, and didn’t make me jump through hoops. A few days later, I got the message: refund approved. It was such a small thing, but honestly, it felt like someone stepped in, listened, and actually helped.
