Good customer service, direct debit confusing

Customer service always helpful and informative. Missed payments charge is a little high, and direct debit payment feature took over £200 out of my account in one go when my minimum payment for well below £50 which left me short in my account, I spoke to customer support, they didn’t advise I could change the direct debit amount, so I turned direct debit off and pay manually now. Simple to use tool
