PayPal could improve on easier access to customer service directly from the app, i.e., chat link through app. This will help reduce the anxiety of making calls, give customers more reassurance they are speaking to paypal directly and get issues resolved more quickly. I've been with PayPal a long time I've had no issues...

I've been with PayPal a long time I've had no issues and when I asked for a refund on an item as it wasn't as it should of been there was not a problem snd no hassel with PayPal getting it back for me.
