Super easy to use and the PayPal credit 4 month 0% is a lifesaver when things are tight! Customer service sorted an issue where I changed my payment amount but it didn’t take it on the date it should have. The £12 fee was removed and all has been fine since. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

Great product, awful service

Easy set up, system is shockingly slow at updating and making payments appear. Customer service is awful for a such a massive brand. Live chat waste of time once you speak to an agent you have 5minute pauses. Awful and the worst experience I have had Reviewed on: 13th June 2026
