I have used PayPal for many years and I have enjoyed all of the benefits that PayPal provides especially PayPal credit which has enabled me to buy more expensive items which I normally would not be able to afford especially the dehumidifier which I desperately needed. PayPal credit is super easy to set up and use. I like the fact it doesn’t allow you to extend your credit amount above the recommended level, based on your personal finances. This helps customers feel more secure. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

Overarchingly positive.

Mainly positive. Easy to set up, decent interest rates, although I've never needed to go into the interest paying period. The best aspect is they appear to provide a longer interest free period for larger priced items, which allows for them to be paid off in full before it kicks in. The worst experience I've had was attempting to get in touch with the customer service, which took a while.
